    Music track fast forward bug

I tried to fast forward a music track to a certain spot in the song and the fast forward got stuck down and wouldn't stop fast forwarding until I exited cetnrafuse and restarted it. I tried everything I could to get it to stop, pressing ff again, pressing rewind, pressing play, nothing worked.

This is on an MII 12000 with 512mb RAM and a very fresh, very functional instal of Win XP Pro.

Fast forward starts a thread while it is being held down and on release is suppose to stop that thread from fast forwarding.. For some reason it appears the on release didn't fire... I will try and reproduce it... Does it do it everytime you try? Were you holding it down or clicking it multiple times?

I was able to reproduce your problem, but pressing the FF button again fixed it. Doesn't happen every time.

It seems that the "on release" event of the ff and rw buttons isn't always firing... I might change it to where you click ff and it starts fast forwarding, without you having to hold it, and then you click it again to stop it.. maybe.. I will see if I can find out what is happening with sticking ff button though...

To answer your question above, I was holding it down to FF, then released it. It was so stuck that when I started other tracks they were playing fast too. Even if I cleared the playlist, watched a video, exited video mode, and started a new music playlist, they were all playing in FF.

Personally, I'd love to see a progress bar that you could drag to where you want it and then use FF and RW to get to the exact area. Especially in video mode. Although I understand that you probably left it out for asthetic reasons. Your design is very clean, very streamlined.
