    Hibernation and Dim modes

When you resume from hibernation or standy, CENTRAFUSE is suppose to re-apply the current dim mode. For example if you dim it all the way and hibernate, it should be dimmed all the way when you come out of hibernation.

This works on my desktop and laptop, but just noticed it not working on my carPC. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

After Hibernating the car PC with Centrafuse running I noticed that when I resumed windows and exited Centrafuse Windows took on the same Gamma properties. I changed the gamma back to defalt but every time I would start up Centrafuse the gamma would darken. I tested it on my laptop and did not get the same results.

BTW does it work by setting system contrast values or did i just imagined??

cause i think i somehow managed to exit CF so that dimming stayed on... i found that rather unwanted behavior!! but it might be that i have just eaten too many mushrooms...

I use it all th time on my CarPC without any problems. Dimmed in and out hibernation without changes...
All works fine on my system..

Maybe as future feature that you can also set day and night times for auto-dimming! That would help me a lot...

In that case times would have to be dynamic depending time of the year. (atleast when gps tells that car is near polar regions)

It seems that windows does adopt the gamma setting.

Say that I do not have it in the startup folder, and run it, then something happens and I have to restart from a crash etc ... well CF doesn't start up, but the gamma setting are the same.

I like having it "keep" the setting, good call David..
