for those who couldn't get it working remember that it only dials/hangs up your default internet connection. So you need to go to internet options/connections/highlight your connection/choose Dial whenever a network connection is not present/set default

this will give centrafuse the control over the internet connection.. It will display disconnect when it detects an internet connection and will hangup the connection if clicked (or do nothing if on LAN)... It it will display connect when there is no internet connection and will dial the default internet connection when clicked (if no default internet connection is set it will do nothing)

If I click on the vis button, and then click on the album art, it just goes back to the main screen, after doing this maybe 20 times last night, i finally noticed the vis had changed.

Clicking on SHIFT key on OSK will toggle rapidly

If you go to the OSK and press the Shift Key (leave it depressed) then it will toggle between upper and lowercase at an insane speed. Same thing happens if you hold down the caps lock.

Will V1.31 be a patch we can simply apply or will it involve reinstalling and reconfiguring everything?

this update will be a new install because I am changing the licensing... Lots of people had problems with the lic file... I am going to switch to using a serial number...

A little more investigation reveals that the white line only apears in cover art when using 800x480 (Xenarc native) resolution. I guess anything thats not exactly the same as 848x480 (skin's native resolution?) will show a vertical white line on the cover art. A little anoyying given the perfection and crispness of the skin!

Will a new install use the exact same skin.xml file format? Sounds like you might be putting new xml tags in the skin file to enable some new features etc (as requested and as per feedback given). Starting to wonder how much work it might be to try to bring custom skin files up to date to be compatible with new versions (gulp!).

Im not referring to the image files. I am talking about the skin xml file, to which I have done substantial (2-3 hours?) changes to work with new fonts etc.

Im not complaining! I just think it might be good to bring this up now, before people spend too much time skinning (perhaps best to wait until final releases are out!)
