hmmm here it runs fine to. M10000 1 ghz with 256 ram. use hibernation everyday no problems here
not sure what the problem could be... I have run CF 1.4 on a 600mhz machine and it runs fine and resumes with no problems... I will put some code in place to pause on hibernate and fade in on resume... hopefully this will fix it up...

my destinator map resource down permanently
I too get this stuttering bug, running on a 600mhz celeron with 512mb. It occurs on resume from hibernation but its only after the system has been hibernated a few times. e.g. boot normally, load centrafuse, hibernate, resume - all fine, hibernate/resume about 4-5 times (after about an hour of driving each time), then suddenly on resume the music will stutter and not stop. I need the exit centrafuse and start it again, but if I hibernate/resume, the music stutters again. Only after a reboot will centrafuse not stutter on resume for a few times.
Hopefully the pause on hibernate, then play on resume will work![]()
More than a bug, a request, but still: The scrolling text should be much faster (or at least configurable in speed)
If I am driving, and the song changes, I really only have 2-3 seconds to take a look at the full song name, at most. As is right now, it can usually take 8-12 seconds to scroll through most of my 'long name' songs.

Well, bug reporting is slooowing down. That's good news!
David, how's progress on 1.5? Did you say 1.5 will include the first plugin(s)? If so, which one(s)?

David,
Since the XM plugin appears to be on the back burner, I have been playing around with embedding Extreme PCR. It actually embeds very well. I do have one problem, though.
My XMPCR uses s/pdif-in, so this is how I set up my external.xml file:
<PATH>C:\Program Files\XtreMe PCR\XtreMePCR.exe</PATH>
<PARAMETERS></PARAMETERS>
<WINDOWNAME>Xtreme PCR</WINDOWNAME>
<DISPLAYNAME>Xtreme PCRk</DISPLAYNAME>
<PAUSEMUSIC>True</PAUSEMUSIC>
<LINECONTROL>s/pdif-in</LINECONTROL>
<MUTEONEXIT>True</MUTEONEXIT>
<STARTFULLSCREEN>False</STARTFULLSCREEN>
<ENABLEHEADER>True</ENABLEHEADER>
Using these settings, when I switch from listening to mp3s in media to apps and load ExtremePCR, it starts playing XM perfectly; however, if I then switch back to playing mp3s I hear both the mp3 playing and XM playing. I assume this is because MUTEONEXIT is not set up to work with s/pdif-in. Is that correct? If so, I assume you can easily add that. I can solve the problem by manually powering off the XMPCR from within ExtremePCR and powering it back on when I go back to XM, but that's a bit cumbersome.
I just noticed I can also solve the problem by hitting the mute button in ExtremePCR, which is a lot less cumbersome than powering on and off each time.
Finally, I should point out that I am using s/pdif-in for XM on my home computer on which I'm testing the program, but will likely not be using it in my carputer. From my perspective, it's not a huge deal if it's just an s/pdif issue.
I tried scanning through this thread, but wasn't able to find anyone with the same type of problem yet, so here we go.
This problem did not exist for me in v1.3.
Using Frodo's RoutisLauncher to bypass the warning screen, I embed Routis into Centrafuse. Unfortunately, when I launch Routis in 1.4, sometimes it will not be embedded at all within Centrafuse.
Other times it will embed fine, and will be able to toggle to fullscreen and back without a problem. However, when I go to Media and then back to Routis, the application is no longer embedded into centrafuse. I return to a blank section within Centrafuse where Routis had been previous to my switching to "Media". If I. toggle fullscreen and "close", it does not kill off the Routis process. If I exit Centrafuse, I see that Routis is still running, in the general area of where it was embeded into Centrafuse, with the proper window sizing.
This means that when I attempt to open Routis again through Centrafuse (after fullscreen/close), it will open another instance of the application, which then cannot find the GPS receiver because the COM port is in use by the still-running older Routis process.
I've checked my XML file and all the settings are correct (based on the embedding FAQ) Other than this issue, Centrafuse is working great! Keep up the good work!
