    Media Rebuild

Not sure if this is a bug, or hell maybe I'm not supposed to rebuild this way?

I go to Tools -> Media -> Rebuild (or however you get to rebuild the Media). It goes through the list and rebuilds. When it's done, I check my media listing and all of my music is now duplicate entries. It just keeps relisting the songs I have on there, adds the new ones in, and duplicates it all. I'll have two.. three.. four songs built up, same title / directory, because the rebuild doesn't seem to note what's already in there on the rebuild.

Now I can't seem to purge my current media library and rebuild again?

Not a bug, but couldn't find a better place.

Suggestion: Whenever a text will be truncated (example, in the lists...) add an elipsis character at the end. The one that looks like this: " ... "

    So, for the song
    "She was an assertive chick"

    Show:
    She was an ***...

    Instead off:
    She was an ***

I believe the "<song # playing>/<# songs on playlist>" textbox is too small.

I loaded a playlist of 5000 songs and played song #4765 and centrafuse showed: "4765/500"

    Might this be true?

that is your problem for sure.... the usb hardrive should stay powered until the usb power turns off, if it's turning off before the pc shuts down then obviously when it comes back on it will be "reinserted"

I have an EPIA M10000 board working with the integrated 5.1 sound card.
    I noticed few bugs:
    1) When slide to down "FRONT" control in mixer I can still hear sound by speakers. On the other hand, the slides "REAR" and "SUB" do not work, always they are down.
    2) I have tried the sound with Windows Media Player and it is heard with quality (with the quality that it can give an integrated sound card) and with high volume. Nevertheless, when I listen the sound across Centrafuse the quality is bad and the volume goes down a lot.
    3) When I play videos and I change the presets in mixer nothing happens. The sound continue exactly like before.

    Losing EQ Settings Upon Exit

Every time I restart CF after exiting the EQ settings are at their default levels (flat) regardless of where they were at the time I exited. This means I must either reset them or reload a preset everytime I start CF. Is anyone experiencing this?

I agree and maybe make it so the skin deletes the part so you have more space for something else. But make the Auto grab music from usb or cd an option. Also make them separate so you can choose cd or usb or both. Even if the skin part was there you could still plug in a usb stick or cd and then when your ready click the CD USB buttons to load the songs.

Lets see what you do with 1.7

    thanks david

I think this bug may have been posted, or something similar but...

If your ID3 tag has a ":" in it, the song will not be recognized in CF.

I have an Album Name that includes a colon. When I search for the album, the album appears. However When I expand the album to view the songs, no songs appear.
