e815 and v710 still not showing contacts

I followed the instruction below posted by Zorro, but nothing changed.

Open Extended Configurator (PhoneCtlConfig.exe) from the PhoneControl.NET directory, go to the Motorola V710 Communication section, look up for the option SMSTextmode and add the attributes name, date and time and set their content to 0.

I tried the fix you posted above for the Motorola 710, but I'm not sure what problem this fix is suppose to correct. I have a e815, will changing the Motorola 710 config affect my phone since there different models?

The two problems I'm having is...

    1. Can't see my address book
    2. No alert pops up when I receive a new text msg....should I get an alert? or am I only able to view my inbox to see if I have a new one.

My main concern is my contacts not showing. How do I correct this?

There is another bug when using the phone control plugin to connect to my phone it does it via the bluetooth modem as my phone (anointed as well) doesn't have a serial connection. This works just fine however, if I want to connect to the internet I can't because the modem is in use. Is there a way you can have it so we may disconnect/reconnect to our phones to use the internet or encase we loose connection to our phones?

Yea I think we will be out of luck.. I still don't think its phoco but the plugin... Its reading the contacts just fine just not displaying them... I keep getting a list error in the log file (already posted) with the list items. If you look in the phoco directory at the phonebook xml file you will see our contacts!

Same problem here with my Moto V710.

Also, when loading CF after setting up phone in Phoco, a black box with only a cancel button visible now appears over the CF splash screen. If I hit cancel, CF continues to load. This appears to be related to Phoco. Anybody else getting this?

Not that its really a bug but i'm having great dificulties finding out how to set everything up :P

like do jou need two BT connections for headset and control (so a COM and HEADSET connection?) i know its just BETA but phoco is already being sold and as i will Buy CF its a but a waste of money to buy a phoco license for the support and have to buy it again when i buy CF (as part of the price will be for Phoco )

even more offtopic, i have a SE K750i and cant get it to work as a headset when i say connect with bluetooth tot the PC it connects 2 sec later it disconnects :S when i do use secure connection the whole connection failes (does not even establish a connection)
my destinator map resource down permanently

It's better to post obvious integation problems between PhoCo and CF (such as the disapearing contacts - which is well known) in this thread than to go about PhoCo issues. There's no difference between the PhoCo version and the one CF uses.
If you have problems with PhoCo go to the PhoCo Forum. There you'll find a pretty good collection of problems and solutions.
