Centrafuse Known Issues

As long as you don't click radio, sat radio, nav, phone they will NEVER LOAD or take any memory... Just remove them from your button actions and you are good, you will gain NO MEMORY...
I plan to allow the settings screen to read from an XML file so you could remove them from their too, but no reason to take them out of the app, it would gain nothing...
Now removing plugins will speed things up and does work...
that's destinator's current 3D mode... I like tilting it back a little...
Would have to look into this new window.. I would have to trap some event and detect the window and it's parent and embed it, etc... Not easy, but will think about looking into it when I get everything else sorted out...

Au Contraire !
There are plenty of work left if you choose to.
I see different solutions...
1. Get a TMC enabled GPS reciever and live with it.
Fine, a quick and easy solution. But for people like me that will not
settle for anything but the best it's simply not an alternative.
Why ? Because you wont have dead reconing since there isn't
any TMC / dead reconing GPS unit out there.
2. Use the TMC data from an RDS capable tuner.
This is an expensive solution (not your problem) but one that I'd
consider the best. You'll have a good tuner with good reception (HQCT).
Then we could use a dead reckoning GPS for GPS data and merge that
with the TMC data off the HQCT.
3. Use TMC data off a TMC GPS reciever. The advantage over an RDS reciver
is that you wont have to translate the RDS stream into "GNS-speak".
Besides that.... no advantage really.

David,
I know you're going to clean up XM, but I thought I'd point out that if you maximize the viz while listening in XM the song information that's shown at the bottom is the information from media rather than XM.

It was fixed it the VBR file has a proper header that tells the length, it will now work...
It must be VBR files without proper, or properly formatted headers...
Therefore it doesn't know the length, and I don't konw when it's over to switch tracks...
It use to not work with VBR at all..

Hi, why does it reset visualization everytime CF starts? When I enter media, click the thumbnail until there is not Viz (I hate stuff like that :-) ), when I then restart CF it fires up visuals again in the thumbnail?
Auto start music only works when I ask it to start up in Media, is this on purpose? Quite annoying, it was not always like this.
The auto-skin change times are still shown as AM/PM on my 24h system.
The road selection issue you already know about, and the incorrect speed in navi, to mee it almost looks like the speed is set at 1/10 of the real speed, but then again sometimes it doesnīt even care to update it and just leaves it at 1km/h :-)
Didnīt you use to have an auto-detect GPS button (at least Baud rate and SIRF/NMEA)?

I have a SE K800i connected via Bluetooth.
Tried with M$ BT drivers, it found the phone but as a PDA, scans COM ports, finds the right one, but when i choose it windows error, which I do have screenshot and text of if PhoCo dude wants it.
I then installed the original drivers for BT, found the phone as a phone, but when scanning the port nothing happens, it cannot find it. I can see that the computer talks to the phone, and com communication works just fine, it just doesnīt find the phone.
If i run the Phonecontrol test program, and choose the port and run a test, everythings looks just fine.
