CF_systemGetCurrentLocation still not active, returns "".

Yep, I will fix the spelling on CF_TextItems.CurrenTrackNumber... As for CF_systemGetCurrentLocation... Are you talking about the out parameter? It will be "" unless you are currently on a plugin... The return type is a CF_Action, which will be something like CF_Actions.Media, CF_Actions.Tools, telling you which section you are in...
The out parameter is for when it returns CF_Actions.Plugin, the out string is populated with the name of the plugin...
Let me know if it works...

Search streets problem again with this release in Iberia Maps (Spain). There are two bugs:
The first one is that you have to type prefix "Calle/Avd/Paseo..." (street/avenue...) followed by name of street
The second one is that sometimes search don't show the address but it exists

(I'm replying to a post from the RC 3.1 bugs thread)
Works for me... did you first uninstall RC 3.1 _AND_ manually delete the folder that it was in? I had issues similar to yours when I didn't do that first.
Any chance hat you're using the MIC input as a feeder, or is this from on-board MP3/WMAs?The major problem is the sound playback. When I click on a song to play, it blasts it loud for a quarter of a second, before reducing the volume to a normal level.
fwiw, I'm running it on a PIII 600mhz machine in 256meg with a full copy of XP (i.e., not one of the tirimmed installs). It's not a speed demon, but it runs fine for me. Actually, I think it runs outstandingly well on such a low-horsepower system. The only thing that bothers me is the amount of memory that is used, but I do understand that most people are putting decent computers into thier car, with 512+MB of ram, but I need to use a crappy P3 laptop for this with 128MB of RAM. I have yet to test it...I hope it runs fine.

thanks for that transfer of threads midiwall...
The general menu not showing up is weird, never seen that. You say you got random errors initially so something is not installed right... I would uninstall, manually delete the folder, uninstall .NET 1.1, and reinstall everything...
can't reprodce the loud music issue...
I think it will work on your machine... might need to add 128 meg of RAM, but it will run...

David,
I tried RC4, and the title scrolling issue is still there. I looked into it a bit more, and I can tell you that if you use the Nexus skin, it will show always with long title names. With stock Onyx skins I could only reproduce it twice with long names.
The same titles that loop with Nexus, worked correctly with Onyx.
I know you proabbly think this is a Nexus bug (LOL) but I think the issue is that your scrolling code does not adapt very well with variations of font, font size, and label lenght. All I can say is, try Nexus, and see if you can debug the issu. It's really annoying!
Will keep on testing other stuff. Thanks.

David,
The Random icon loses hilite when covered by Web plugin screens...
I can reproduce this bug with RC4 too. It happens only with Nexus skin, because my web browser skin in fullscreen mode covers the bottom buttons. When that occurs, the hilite for random button is lost.
Here again, all I can say is try it out with Nexus and see if you can debug it. Any 3rd party skins will break the same way if they chose tocover the buttons...

Thanks for transferring my post there...I'll try a full reinstall of frameworks and everything...
Not really a bug, but where is the track seek bar? It's really annoying when I accidentaly click on a song in the tracklist and I really liked the upcoming ending to the 20 minute long song that I was listening to.
EDIT: Eh, sorry, should be in the features request forum... I'm just wondering if there is a reason there isn't a seek bar... A program like this shouldn't lack one.
Also, if possible could you please clarify which file from the speech SDK I need to install from the link on www.fluxmedia.net?
I have Microsoft speech recognition engine v6.1 installed and I can do dictation and voice training and use other apps that use voice.
I'll try to reinstall Centrafuse and everytihng and see if it fixes those errors.
