Ahh... that could well be the trouble. CF needs to not see any of it's prior install, so either delete the original folder and then let the installer recreate it, or install it to a different folder.

I do not use XM, Radio or visualisations. My microphone is all built into dash using a standard analog jack to mic socket. Being able to turn off the above features that use the primary inputs and using the analog input for voice control would be very good

If you don't use Radio or XM then voice controls hould work just fine in the latest release with an analog MIC, even running visuals...

I fixed the early problems of taking over the inputs all the time.. They are only used when you go into the XM and Radio section, and when you go back to Media or DVD, etc.. it sets the input back to MIC...

But if you never use them, you should have no problems...

    Bugs I noticed:

1.) WMA's don't play well (100% cpu utilization in Centrafuse) and stutters
2.) Large playlists - are reflected in the playlist, but not in the queuelist section - truncated (ie, it only lists 200+ of 300+ songs)
3.) Some mpgs (videoss) do not goto the next song after completion. Occurrs mostly if hibernated in the middle of the song and resumed play after car started.
4.) Auto Skin change causes full screen videos to go back to media section. Has trouble to return to full screen (ie, will go back to full screen only when next song starts playing.
5.) Random is still not working correctly. I am hearing the same song more than once before the playlist is completed. (large playlist problem perhaps?) Or could be the result of loading a new playlist on top of the original playlist and then reverting back to original playlist.

Hope these bugs are fixed. These are showstoppers. Lemme know if you have questions. I might be a little vague. Thanks for all your hard work David!

I will look into these... As for the WMA playback... What is your CPU when you playback the same files in WMP on the same machine?

On my first install of XP it was also at 100%.
However, on my second install (which is practically a full version of XP, nlite w/unneeded programs - didn't touch the other stuff) it's at 60% or less, almost the same as mp3
