I just stumbled upon Beat the Traffic which apparently serves Anaheim, Anchorage, Atlanta, Chicago, Fresno, Gary, Los Angeles, Macon, Milwaukee, Minneapolis-St Paul, Modesto, Oakland, Phoenix. Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, and Seattle.
They have a 7 day traffic forecast even.
