first: 300w PSU project (hardware)
second: this project if more than 10 person interested (hardware)
third: a total plugin solution of FM/TV for CF2 (software)

I think that with some small modifications (or even without) Dscaler could be embedded and forced to work properly in CF, solving the TV issue
for FM stuff I think radiator is fine, the author may give us some feedback for small modifications (but I doubt it)
