But destinator 3 and 6 do not install the program in the same directory?

Because when i installed 3 a few months back, it overwrote 6 and the plugin did not start anymore...

Thats maybe when you use Destinator standalone.
Desti6 is integrated in CF Folder so both Destis should work parallel.

Edit: You was right. CF and FreeDrive wont work parallel. Every programm needs different destinator system files, so only one programm can be used. I had installed CF and Desti6 map, checken Navi, worked. Then i installed FD and Desti3 map, worked. But the FD installation has overwriten some needed desti files from CF. So CFs navi is not working anymore

We need a programm where we can save pois, which is scanning gps data and when we are on the position it makes an alert. Sounds easy but i found nothing like this

Alternative should work a FreeDrive with desti6 support work to

Question how do I apply a speed camera CSV file for mapmonkey?

I have tried to figure out how I can apply a speed camera CSV file for mapmonkey? I cannot find any import or other CSV files in my mapmonkey or freedrive folders.

    i have the same trouble
i also tried gatsohunter, but it won't eat any of the 4 csv formats provided by poi-edit. same goes for mapmonkey, it won't import any csv file from poi-edit.

    I still cannot import them!

i tryed converting tomtom files to .dat and tryed freedrive .csv...

It keeps on saying: "import failed, make sure the right map is loaded"

I use destinator 6 maps for PDA (Version 2006.Q1.4155 - map of NAVTEQ)
Or do i need different maps?

you have to have the map loaded that the lat/long are in from the CSV...

so if the CSV is full of lat/longs from say Munich, then you have to have the German map loaded or it can't verify and get the points to save them...

you can go into planner mode to change maps and have it no auto switch back becuase of your GPS receiver...

I have the same problem, too.
I try poi´s from poihandler.com for germany and use a D3 german map and get the error message.
Now I will try to build a file with only berlin poi´s and use the cf berlin map.
I will give you the results later.

I doubt it will work with D3 maps...

please post the file you are trying to import so I can see what is going on...

just a piece of it should be fine, like 20 rows or something....
