bump, i would be very interested in this also
The only thing they have on the Flux Dev Network for download is the v1.2 stuff.
Keen here too, may have to do it myself though, flux team will be busy for a while.
I'm prepared to hand over cold hard electronic cash for anyone who can help get this integrated properly.
Don't need to to do anything flash, just allow it to run and be able to switch back and forward between it and Centrafuse. Can't be that hard for someone who knows what they're doing.
$ 100 USD to anyone...........![]()
Wont it embed like any other externally run program?
New Age Garmin - Skin for RR
New Age Slider - RR SKin In Progress
"It's called CODE because I don't want you to know"
No it won't. When it runs it starts in full screen. You can set it to a window manually, but then it's no bound to the Centrafuse outer skin (not sure what the correct term for it is).
If I could get it to open up in a window rather than full screen it would be fine........
why does it work without probs in road runner (except the missing osk)? one other reason to stick with road runner until garmin is available with centrafuse. it is the best navi (at least here for europe). it does what it has to do - brings you from a to b 100% - no fancy graphics and 3d stuff but simple and easy to use.
i would also like this as i just got the maps for the US
Anyone working on this yet would love to com eback to centrafuse but I cant because of the non support for garmin mobile pc I mean I like raodrunner an all but centrafuse just lows so much better on my carpc. someone really needs to get to work on this have tried and tried to use centrafuse native nav destinator but it is use less it cannot compare to garmin not even the new ver 7 garmin blows it out of the water. someone help so I can come back
I just installed the latest build RC2.0.728 and Garmin Mobile PC runs embedded without problems (in 800x600), even the keyboard functions! (Would work/look a lot better if the OSK would be transparent and each key was sent directly when pushed but I'm asking way to much here)
Seems that Scott/David again did a great job on solving this issue with CF. Thanks guys!!!
Now all we have to do is tell Garmin to get rid of this stupid min 800x450 resolution.
