Wow nicely done. Is the audio library specific to your CF plugin or can it be bundled with any frontend and/or plugin?

    its indepandant...
We will use it in CF2, CF3, RR, OM + we will make an option to control Windows Media, VLC, WinAmp

So basically Lib interated applications will cover all posible CarPC cenarios

[Esentually it is a microdiver that is injected into GMPC memory while it is runing so what ever GMPC sends to windows we have control over it, but unlike in hooking we can stop, modify, replace, monitor any comunication between windows and GMPC. Thats how we where able to optimize GMPC w/o modifying source codes. ]

Do any of these plugins utilize the functions in the queAPI.dll supplied with GMPC?

queapi has no use, well you can add routing point through it (if u make garmin think that you are an outlook)
there is ocx however that with conjunction with custom "SDK" can be quite usefull. Unfortunatly that is requires 40% of GRMC to be rebuild from scratch in our own DLLs.

Well that is my goal for Rebbelium V4 - in which we will keep original GMPC engine but everuthing else will be custom build... Cash Fund mark for that is at least +$600 to syartt development.

Right now im focuded on releasing CF3 Native plugin - wwhich is schedulet to be out on Sat 06, but so far we gettng short on time

to Punky: its like comparing Apples to Oranges, damn they both are fruits but they both work differently. Garmin is well thought of in interface but some time on some maps it goes nuts =) others go nuts on routing and terrible interface usibility

I have been able to use DllImport of queAPI.dll to successfully implement the following exported functions:
QueLaunchApp (launch GMPC or change GMPC to any screen)
QueAPIOpen (Opens the API for function calls and callbacks)
    QueAPIClose (Closes the API)
GPSGetMaxSatellites (Gets the maximum # of satellites supported by the software, 12 for GMPC)
GPSSetMode (Can turn the GPS on or off)
GPSGetPosition (Gets current GPS position ie. Lat, Lon, Elevation, etc.)
GPSGetPVT (gets position, velocity, and time data in one structure)
QueGetRouteInformation (Gets information about the current route ie. distance and time to next turn, distance and time to destination)

And that's where I stopped due to my school requirements taking more preference. I have had no formal computer programming classes. Everything I know comes from google. So please someone tell me why you can not use the queAPI.dll supplied with GMPC?

You can add waypoints... set a detour distance... and a point and route to it. Do a dumpbin on queAPI.dll and you will see all the functions exported from it. There are more functions exported than mentioned in the API documentation.
