    No

Not tried the above either, CarPC has been left for the time being...

I need to do a clean install and sort some HW/driver issues out, then get back to playing with it properly

    IIRC DVB-t is European ONLY!

And DVB-t will NOT work if the aerial is moving, it has to be stationary to pick anything up

It also seems to need plenty of CPU grunt too as when I run TV on its own its fine, but with other programs running it gets jumpy

You can with DUAL TUNER (I have one. Works over 150 km/h) but it is not PC. I can't find the same thing (DUAL tuner) for PC...

What differences does it being a dual tuner make? Is it dual as in two dvb-t tuners or dual as in one analogue and one dvb-t? If one is analogue then that obviously isn't dvb-t working whilst moving. If it is 2 dvb-t tuners then I still don't see the relevance of how it being dual makes it work whilst moving. The fact its dual just means you can watch one program and record a different one, or record two different ones.

You can get dual tuners for PC. Most usb ones are dual as in one analogue and one dvb-t. There are some true dual dvb-t tuners, they are mostly PCI (or the terratec cinergy one is PCI-express). I have used the Win TV NOVA T-500 in a media PC but not car PC. Works well, have no idea about on the move, but I suspect it wouldn't. It's just 2 of the same tuner that a single card has. So if your's does actually record using dvb-t on the move then it's not because of the fact it's dual, must be some other reason, good tuner or signal maybe.. ?

Terratec has a dual tuner usb device. Name was Cynergy Diversity or something.
