Thread: Calendar

Hi, I finally made some progress with this.
Here (see next post for new version) is the first beta release.
It is without installer so you must manually put it inside your Plugins folder.
The skin is terrible... The first page; big black box is useless. You can only press it to get to the notes section (it will be removed and you will get to notes by pressing a day or there will be some other button...).

In notes section the last row of buttons is not active. They will also be removed.
The usable buttons are: CLOSE, up/down, and add and remove.
If you double click on note it will be read (text-to-speech).
When you add note:

• first press add ( + )
• than enter note
• if you want to add reminder press yes otherwise no (and you are done)
• if you pressed yes: you must delete hh:mm and enter time when reminder should pop up on that day in format hh:mm. !It is important to use this format (24h)!
• that should be it

The arrow is next to the notes with reminder.
Please test it and report.

Remember this is first beta release so the plugin will change before final release.

Here is second beta.
I have discovered quite a few bugs in first beta, so these were repaired.
There is only Night skin for now. I will make day skin when the structure will be finished. The language is only English for now.

Still no installer.

The skin for first (calendar) screen is also redone.

I would like to hear (or better see ) your opinions about other buttons, which would you like? Maybe button for speak note (text-to-speach) and disable double click?
Please test and give opinions.

Could someone from USA (or with USA preferences) play around with reminder and report if it works or not (USA uses different date than EU).

might be good to start a new thread saying Calendar Version 2 Testing...

might get more people and seperate from this longer thread all the feedback...
