Centrafuse Beta2 Brushed Metal

Project on hold INDEFINITELY . New version of centrafuse came out. Frustrated with change of format to PNG, and new skin.xml tags. I know, it's a change for the better, but after working so hard and then having it useless, i'll have to rest for a while and collect my thoughts.

Wow, that actually looks REALLY good; even better than the original IMHO. Looking forward to trying it out if you ever release it!

Excellent. Another taker here... I looks brilliant - It's the best brushed metal I've seen in a long time since febs - I will be waiting for this as it's definately going in my car!

Just one thing.. You have the same error as the original skin..
Check the date on both screenies.. The last # is cut off..
Can't for the life of me remember where to change it, but it has been
explained somewhere here on the board..

Other than that, I can't wait for it to be completed.. That and CF1.4 so
we can actually listen to more than one song in succession.. :P

Edit: Regarding the date.. Make sure to leave enough room so that
people like me who have the date set as YYYY/MM/DD get everything shown.
I.e. 2005-07-28
I have already applied the "fix" for the problem although
the date shows like 2005-07-2 nonetheless (sp?)..

Afai can remember it was something about setting the date lbl 10 pixels wider
and the lbl next to it 10 pixels to the right and 10 pixels shorter..
But as stated it is cramped anyways..

Looks great. But I have noticed that anything BLACK looks kind of weird on an LCD screen, when looking at a slight angle... this is the case for most Car LCDs...

Anyone else have this problem? This skin looks awesome.
