I kinda like that. Makes it look less plain while still not being overly colorful and flashy like the default skin. I'd probably still want a little less glow though. It would be cool if the icons (and text if possible) had a bit of a glow too so all the buttons look "laser-cut" with red LEDs behind them. I may want some buttons (maybe the 3 on either side of the bottom and the Home in the top left) with "blue LEDs" instead.

GammaControl: It's going to change skins in addition to "gamma". Interesting. I kinda want to have a button to switch skins though. It would freak me out if it auto-switched while I was in the car (and a SKIN re-load may inturupt me while I am trying to use CF). I still think you should make the gamma fade from normal to dark over the course of an hour (same reason... I don't want anything auto-changing while I am using it).

I doubt that you'll be using the screen at the same exact time that the skin changes

Why would you say that? I drive at dusk a lot and on some drives I am using my touch-screen at least 50% of the time (when I am in a picky mood, but don't know exactly what I want to hear, and random keeps picking things I don't want to here -or- when I am testing new stuff and configuring things at every stop-light).

LOL. I guess I did request that :P. I think I did that mostly for others because I know people like that

. I have also requested that the "brightness" icon just toggles between 2 skins rather than 3 brightnesses. That is what I would rather use.

Brushed metal is a great skin, I just added icons instead of labels.

I would like to be able to change the song highlight colour away from the blue it currently is. Anyone know how?
