hi is this idee possible in CF 1.6?????
Because tee safety in my car, when i drive on the street and woud change the mixer
my question about the sliders is!
Can you realize the slider so?
For each selection one + (Plus) and one - (minus) Button???????
Because during the Journey it is very dangerous to pick out the MHZ from the list!!!
pull over and do it... but for the most part you should need to adjust the mixer. You could have presets edit the other ones and you could do that. If your that hardcore about the mixer go get a external one and mount it up front.

it would be rather nice, though you should really not be EQing and driving at the same time (however I still do) I guess for those of us that are dumb it would be nice to have just so I dont swirve all over the place![]()
MORE COWBELL.
for most I think the sliders are set & forget..... you shouldn't need to adjust them often at all.... if you find that you need to adjust it all the time the problem is likely that either:
a) you don't know how to adjust for OVERALL balance, & are trying to get each song to sound like what you think it should...
b) your speaker setup has some deficiencys in total frequency respone, causing you to need to constantly adjust to compensate depending on the track played....
c)your mp3 collection has poor quality recordings
d)you just like to tinker
e)combo of the above
it is not normal to need to adjust all the time, even a mediocre system should be able to get by with at most a few preset curves to compensate for different sources
now a seperate bass knob can be the exception.... every system should have one of those![]()
MY NEWEST INSTALL:modded infiniti fx with big screen
first windows carpc install........my liquid cooled LVDS screen :D
thanks for your opinions!
I saw this system by all the indash navi's like Pioneer avic x1 and I thougt that was an great idea and not a kind of tinker!
But apparently use to less people CF for AMP with power subwoofer, because that is practical!
a litle bit pity
by :-(
You know you already don't have to currently use the sliders... You can click anywhere on the slider bar and it goes directly there, easier to use than +/- buttons....
move the slider to the bottom... then just click the middle of the slider bar, it will go straight there...

I agree with the idea of putting up down buttons on the start/end of each slider. Much better indeed, but low priority IMHO
