@Floatingpi - The reason I did it black was because I was trying to match WMP 11. However, I think you might be on to something with the suggestion to have two versions of the skin - one with light backgrounds, one with dark.

I figured it was something based on 11, I havn't looked at it yet. Yes, it would be sweet if you could. I don't know how hard it is for you to make a skin for both. Seems like double the work, I know I would be appreciate it for when the day/night skin works.

Just one thing: would it be possible for you to share the name
of the font spelling "Polaris" in the post above this one?

And of course any and all PS filters and the like you used on it.. (If you use PhotoShop that is.)

The font is "Fatboy Slim BLTC (BRK)".

I do use Photoshop, but I haven't used any filters yet. It's all layer styles. For example, the buttons on the bottom bar have outer glow, inner glow, satin, and a gradient overlay. The button icons have drop shadow, outer glow, a gradient overlay. (see below)

There are 142 different layers, so far, and each one has it's own style.
