animated icons

Question, Do you think it would be a good idea to be able to use animated *.gif files in the software. I think animated icons would be cool. 0l33l

SO you should remove visuals too,

and then video player
and then take your instalation out of your car..

in order not to distract you when driving...isn't it???

Well, I dont use visuals, and I dont have a DVD player. I only use Navi and music.

I plan on having animations in my player.They are not going to be constantly animated though. Only when you press it or when a button becomes "armed".

So yeah, animations sound good. I haven't decided what format to use. I already have png, bmp, and jpg support in my player. I could use GIF. But I think I'm just going to use a slideshow sort of thing. Say, have one image that is 256x32 and it holds 8 32x32 frames.
