The first choice above gets my vote.

This looks great.. Once this gets stable and close to finished, Flux would love to host this on our site on our downloads page, giving credit to the author of course...

EDIT: are you talking about not being able to pull the bottom of the window down to see the bottom part of ur skin?

David if you added the png file paths to each section of XML tags this will help makes the skin editor generic for any plugin or any Version of centrafuse

If he does add the path, I would suggest that they be RELATIVE, and not absolute. So:
