JIT... please tell me you are going to do an iG V3 Big-Button Mod that matches this skin (and SKINbedder could help you add more touch-screen buttons that you can't add with ResHacker as well). That would look better then built-in Destinator (even though it is not even a CF plug-in).

Yes, I will plan on hacking IG3 to have matching buttons.

Probably will NOT use the UMPC version... I don't like it too much.

FYI - RPM_VR4 pointed out to me the other night that if you wanna make custom icons or even re-use CF's own icons for your external apps or Nav then just rename the icon.png file you wish to use as <APPNAME>.png and hey presto!

Oh and Justintime, if you aren't going to do the whole skin would you post up or link us to the PSD files

I thought UMPC just had bigger fonts and ran full-screen. What are the advantages of the regular one?

I might post the PSD files once done. They're a little messy though, and would require someone with very good PhotoShop skills to sort through. I am using layer effects quite a lot to achieve the whole look...

UMPC version is all bigger. Some portions way too big for a Xenarc screen, and crop off... like the OSK. Also, the vector data is resized too, which I totally hate. Im talking about the streets, etc... they are all scaled by 180% or so...

The following are things people may want buttons for (that use only keys):

Menu
Enter Dest (not strait to OSK though, but I will add mouse clicks for that)
Save Current Location
Zoom +/-
North / Heading
2D / 3D
Screen Next/Previous (the left and right arrow keys switch between ... <> Map Mode <> Route List <> Trip Computer <> Current Location <> Almanac <> GPS Info <> Guidance Mode <> Map Mode <> ...)

RPM: We may be able to collaborate on this. I will msg you when ready. One thing: I would rather hack iG for the ZOom buttons. Simple to put in there, and already supports transparent bit.

Argeed... anything you can do with ResHacker is better done with that then Sb. Sb is only needed for adding buttons that don't already exist (like those left-arrow and right-arrow keys... I can't believe iG doesn't have buttons for that built in!)

PS: Did you see that WMP11 RR skin where he totally changed the popup menus... AWESOME!
