    FS: RAW SHarp 10.4" VGA LCD

    Raw Sharp 10.4" VGA LCD

    The screen is
    640*480
    16bit


    I'll also include the controller. The controller has a blown chip on it, which is probably repairable im just too lazy to take the controller to get fixed. The LCD is still in tact though.

    only asking $30 plus $8 shipping.

    The data specs says the LQ10D131 is 12 bit color (4096 colors).

    Am I missing something?

    Hrmm, I dunno. I always ran it at 16bit and video looked nice, no way it could have been 12bit.

    Hi Goose,
    I bet the controller you have was pretty good before it was fried. This is a 12 bit LCD but with a good controller you get color correction and extrapolation and can get 16 bit color quality, or at least very close.

    If someone can get the controller working again it's a heck of a deal. In fact it's a steal at this price.

    How much would shipping be to the UK?
    Any more info on the controller?
    When you say 'take it to get it fixed', where do you mean?
