    FS:Hauppauge WinTV USB TV/FM:FS

    This is a NEW, never out of the box, WinTV USB TV and FM radio tuner. You can watch TV, listen to FM radio, snap video images, and videoconference over the internet. The model # is 621. Reason for sale is I decided to go a diffrent route. Tried to sell on ebay but nonpaying bidder never payed. Paypal Prefered. Make some OFFERS!!!

    put it back on ebay then. I bought one of these exact units for $30 in ebay not too long ago.

    is it country specific?
    Cani use it in Australia where we have a PAL system?
    or is it for NTSC only?
