pics don't work
cooljavy
It will work for both dc-dc and dc-ac (inverter)
Has a 40amp relay
Unrelaer :
yes it will cut power to the inverter so it wont drain any power from the battery.
cheers

Ps thanx jol
ok im slow and confused easily. it can turn the computer on automatically, BUT you have to press a button everytime? and you said it works with an inverter. Where would you stick this thing (in the circuit path) with an inverter? In the Same spot? sorry im slow![]()
My project would be in the works right now..... if I had some money.

Dont be confused ..... and dont feel bad to ask questions the more you ask the more one learns ..
It will turn on the comp automaticly IF you have set the bios to boot after power failure.
But what i would prefer is using the on/off funtion to boot say you turn the key and the comp starts to boot then within a sec your cranking the car so there is a power flutuation (NOD good)
so i suggest you the on/off feature its just a matter of hitting a button after the car has started.

ok gottcha! now where does it go when I have an inverter? between the battery and inverter or between the inverter and computer or in the computer after the power is already connected to the powersupply? also if it goes anywhere but the first option, does the inverter still power down so it doesn't drain my battery?
My project would be in the works right now..... if I had some money.
It connects between the battery and the inverter .. so when it cuts power the inverter is off causing no drain to the battery

What IC is that..?
