Topic says it all. I'm looking for a microATX (or smaller) board with an AGP slot and a PCI slot that can support a socket 370 tualatin processor, specifically a celeron 1.2 GHz. Anyone have one?

I might consider if anyone has an FV 24/25 but I'm concerned if the Savage4 is good enough for DVD/DIVX playback.
