That's fine with me. All I ask is that I get a tracking number. Since you know him can you find out how much longer the delays are expected to be?

    All,

I e-mailed Opus again today in the hopes that I would get a response. I know all of you are as anxious as I am to get these units. If I do not get a favorable response back from Opus would any of you be interested in courting another vendor? Perhaps Arise or some such? We have the power of a large group of buyers behind us so I'm sure we could get a decent price from another vendor.

    Skip

Have you any details of Arise ? At this stage I just want a clean intelligent PSU - as long as it does the job well.....

Not at this time. I've not yet contacted them. I was hoping another member here might have insight into who would be a good alternative to Opus. I'll see if I can't get in touch with Arise this afternoon.

I just can not understand why Opus are been so quite..... unless there is a serous problem here.

The amount of bad PR they are getting around the web inc their own forums is amazing...... Such a good rep going to waste.

Would you all be willing to get the 150W if we could get the shutdown controllers with them?

    theres also keypower and amtrade
both of which dont offer shutdown controllers i believe

if you can get em for a reasonable price with shutdown-startup controller then it sounds good to me

I'm not sure skipman... would the 90w version fit in the case ? I don't thing the 150 will from what I have seen.

Any word back from them yet ? Surley if they know we plan to do a mass buy they must have some news. Give them this thread - see what happerns.
