8.4" Capacitive USB VGA Touchscreen

I have this touchscreen that I bought off of here almost a year ago and it's just not happening. I need a bigger screen for the space in my car. For personal insurance purposes, there is no guarantee that the specs are perfectly accurate. I was told they were true, and they seem to be in my eyes. According to the guy I bought it from (who I do not remember thier username, sorry), the specs are as follows:
