ok I gotta address this since some ppl have done it. My paypal account is a person account. I cannot accept credit card payments. If I do, I'll have to be charged a fee for all payments I accept. I'm not going to upgrade to a business account just for that. Please, if you don't have the money in paypal already, get it in there before paypalling me. Get it transferred from your bank account or something.
Thanks
Krystar
People outside the US cannot do this.Originally Posted by krystar

I got this from the paypals FAQ.
Adding Funds
How do I add funds into my PayPal account?
If you have a US bank account, you may add funds to your PayPal account via electronic funds transfer. Without a US bank account, you'll want to fund your transactions with a credit card. However, any payments you receive through your PayPal account will be stored so that you can fund future payments directly from your PayPal account. Received payments will reside in your PayPal account until you request a withdrawal. At this time, there is no way to transfer funds from you local bank account into your PayPal account to make payments. We are constantly trying to improve our service and will let you know when this functionality has been added. Show me When you have initiated an electronic funds transfer, the funds will become available in your PayPal account within three to four working days. You will receive an email confirmation every time you add funds to your account.
oh damn..hmm....well i'm gonna ask around to see if any of my friends have a premium/business account and ask them to basically funnel the funds. you the buyer will still be responsible for paying the extra fee though. I will keep you guys posted.
ok i got one alternative. my dad has a paypal account that he doesn't use. i can upgrade that one. I can upgrade that one. but it's an unverified account. I don't know if you guys would feel comfortable doing a transaction like that. I know I wouldn't.
