    Exclamation FS/FT: Lots of laptops!

Ok first, i am NOT A DEALER! i just got a whole lot of these little laptops in an oddball deal with someone who wanted my car, and i don't really have a use for more than 1 or 2.

as far as trades go, i could use:
a pcmcia or parralell port cd-rom *got it*
windows 95 on floppy *got it*
    money
    dvd-rw
    ?? surprise me

    laptops

heres more info aswell, they're obviously the stylistic 500

    shipping will be 8$

they'd be good for typing, email, internet. wouldn't be good for games
(except older dos based games). check it out playin my favorite dos based game! sorry about the flash, Street Rod 2! and Stunt 3d!

    they go as follows:

i have 74 are complete with hard drives and ram. and a large number without hard drives and a smaller number with no hard drives or ram. i have around 150 keyboards, around 50 protective cases.

they are 486 dx2 50mhz laptops, they have touchscreens for little pens but i
have no pens, can be bought on ebay. they can run windows 3.1, or windows
95?. the screens are black & white. you can use any regular ps/2 keyboard(confirmed)
and serial mouse on it, or use the low power mini ps/2 keyboards i have available
below. they weigh about 2lb's with battery's. they have 2 pcmcia slots.

they have pcmcia ata hard drives!

No OS's on these, and other than using an external pcmcia card reader and loading stuff on the drive from that, i'm not sure how to load stuff on it, perhaps an external pcmcia floppy or cd-rom (i have a fujitsu floppy...).

laptop without hard drive but with ram:
    laptop with 4mb ram(8mb total): 15$
    laptop with 8mb ram(12mb total): 20$
    laptop with 16mb ram (20mb total): 25$

    add a 180mb hard drive for 7$

then i have low power Mini keyboards for them for 5$ each
and protective cases for 5$ each
and i have car chargers for 25$ each (i only have 5, and very rare)

Is the $7 hard drive an additional drive? Meaning, does a drive come with it and you're simply offering an additional drive?

I'm a tad weary of ordering from someone who just showed up, but $25 isn't too terrible of a risk. Hiding your location and email address doesn't help too much, either.

yeah they include power adapters, you can find my feedback here
    http://www.heatware.com/eval.php4?id=1272
or on ebay as phxsaab9000 or al010101, but al010101 was canceled because ebay and i had a slight disagreement...they said i owed them 80$, i told them to goto hell. Anyways, i'm known on anandtech if you'd like to ask about me there, i'm in Phoenix, Arizona, and my email is rknapp10@cox.net

i'm far from a troll, if you want pics of anything, or have any other questions, just ask... i've only sold one so far and recieved the money, but he should have the laptop tomarrow and exchange feedback on it.

oh and the 7$ hard drive is if you want a hd with it, it's 7$ for it...otherwise you get no hard drive (some people may simply want the laptop to use as a router or something of that sort, i have 15 that have no hard drives, just ram.

Try to install win95 and see if you get a mp3 running otherwise they would be perfecto for the dos-mpx player

If the screens weren't b/w they would be perfect for PC Anywhere, or VNC to the carputer for control.
