hmmm wonder why u would need to deactivate it... as in selling it or something ?
If you reblast your system, you will need to deactivate it and reinstall after the rebuild of your OS. Then, of course you would have to reactivate it after you reinstall it. Or selling or something....

Ok can it be used on multible car computers ? Or is it like XP?
I would think it is like xp in the manner of one license, one computer at a time....
