I don't have any other chips to try right now, the technical docs seem to imply it is a standard Phoenix BIOS but with not other chip to try there's little benefit in me experimenting with that right now.

What's the story with USB? Someone said it is on the mobo but there's no port? Do we just need some sockets to hook up or will it require a USB card?

To outragis or robiewp or anyone else who has already received theirs. Does the motherboard have a set of jumpers next to the riser card connector slot with
[SPKR:RST:SLP:PWR:HDLED:PWRLED]
on it like the pdf file for SPOS61 indicates? Is the PWR jumper simply shorted with a jumper cap? If so, easy enough to just pull that cap and hook up a switch there, eh?

The pins are there, there are no jumpers on any of them though. Can't tell you much more than that, getting a little low level for me!

Just shorting the two PWR pins doesn´t do the trick ??

Probably the culprit is the power suply, mayby it doesný support being "controled" by the motherboard. Theres one way to be sure. Just plug a standard PSU, and try if you can switch on/off by shorting the PWR pins.

I tried a 700 celeron...No work, Then I tried a celeron 500...worked!
I have the motherboard brand at work, where the unit is, it is written under the board, went to the website, no updates...I will post name in the morning
