Found someting interesting on E-Bay!!!

I'd love to see the thing loaded and booted....can you tell us if the drivers are difficult to come by or put them in a zip for us? By any chance can you tell if the motherboard is standard ATX? would it be possible to switch out the MB?

I just got off the phone with Marge, and then her boss. It will support any standard ATX MB. That means you could get this up to a 3 GHz. CPU and run it really well. Shipping to Texas was 11.50 each. I asked her for a discount for two machines but she said they were selling them 10 at a time with no price break...a totally reasonable attitude for this machine at this price. the only question I had that they couldn't answer is will the machine display from two video sources at once....a pci video card with s video out and the touchscreen. They didn't know the answer but said they will consult with their tech and get him to call me. Very helpful people.

I would be extremely suprised if it couldn't. I've used many different boards (with onboard video included), and have had no problems. It's mostly in how the operating system handles things- that is, what you tell windows XP to do.

Just ordered one, Marge says it will ship and I will receive a tracking number today. Also, marge said it comes with a driver CD.

It came in yesterday...looks like the LCD controller card is built in to the MB!
so switching out mb won't happen! But I tell you, you get alot for your money! I'll load it up today, and get pics for you guys! I'm going to take out the modem, and ad a sound blaster audigy (it has firewire,and digital out, and is a great sound card) and a usb 2.0 card!

I'm gonna put it in the wall in the TV room. It's gonna be on my home network and control the music and DVD. Someday, maybe it will control the alarm and some webcams that I can access from my desk at work. Lots of ideas a Brewin'. Voice control for the all including environment controls.

Something like, "House" "Music" "Rob Zombie" "Living Dead Girl" when you walk in the door!!
