couldnt find any...you can not just update the phoenix bios to any bx upgrade, because of on board lcd controller, and touch controller...Runs plenty fast with 512 ram installed!Originally Posted by MTWallet
Yeah, just call her, I ordered two today by phone...they forwarded me the tracking number and I'll have them the day after tomorrow. They would probably rather sell over the phone so they don't have to pay paypal/ebay fees.Originally Posted by Jackso

I take it back, the power suply in mine is not broken. Still, for some reason the system isn't detecting any drives attached to it. Any thoughts guys? did yours just work out of the box outragis? are there any jumpers I should check?

right out of the box!
have them send you another one!
the IDE cable was bad, and kept the other IDE bus from functioning either, for some reason. They were very good with support and willing to do whatever it would take to make me happy
but an IDE cable is no big deal, got boxes of them!

Mine just arrived, what well packaged boxes! First one is out, looks great. Lots of screws to get into it and rather tightly packed. Save people looking, the second IDE connector is on the back of the PCI riser, take the hard drive out rather than the riser as you'll need to clip the cable tie on the power cable to get enough length.
It's installing now, all going very smoothly so far.
Chris.
just as another note, there's physically enough space, as well as the screw holes, for two harddrives. First thing i did (after getting stuff working!) was drop the harddrive to the lower mounting position. If you do this, make sure you get an ide cable on the riser card first- once the lower drive is mounted it's not gonna budge!

Also looks like there's about 6" of cable on the screen, doesn't give a great deal of flexibility. If it comes off does anyone know how easy it is to get hold of these sorts of cables? I have a feeling they tend to be device specific but who knows...
Chris.
Ive taken the screen off yesterday, only like 6 inches like you said!
Hi chris are u in the uK? Im ordering one myself and was wondering about the import duty....have asked them if they will send as a gift though...Originally Posted by ukchris
