removing car pc due to where i go to school, sounds crazy but yea thats why,
the power supply isn't dc to dc, i used a 600 watt power inverter and it created 0 noise and was efficient, .5volts per 2 hours use...

That's a shame that the system has to be removed due to the area where you go to school.

Hopefully when you finish you can put something else in.
As for the PSU. I wan't a DC-DC. Thanks anyway.

More efficient and less noise. I know you said your setup was low noise, but I know what is in an inverter and I am surprised that you can hear anything but static!
It is probably a bit of personal preference too I suppose.

ahh yea, i get ya, i think also the fact i'm using high quality rca's 95 bucks per cable, as well, i have heard about noise , but i managed to get zero noise at all. thats fair enuf, good luck finding one.
