I bought this kit from mastero about a month back, never assembled it, comes with all the parts needed to build it! even a powersupply case. Has the newer square pcb board and also the older l shaped one.
This is the Full kit, sells for 99+10 shipping on masteros site without atx ps(not instock either)

I don't see the inductors or heat sinks.
inductors are in the yellow foam wrapped up, the heatsinks you have to use a piece of aluminum, not included with the kit.
I guess one might scrounge them out of the original ATX supply
