For the same price as the new 1.2Ghz C3 EPIA MII12000, the EPIA P4-ITX (w/ P4 Celeron 2.4Ghz) will provide at least TWICE the precessing power without taking up any more space!!!

It will require more power though on the 12V rail. I was using it without any problems with my 100W PW-60a (unregulated, on my desktop). The $79, 120W, 10-30V regulatedArise MPD-810H PSU should work perfectly.

I just read the forum rules, and it looks like this is okay:

I hate to do this guys, but I can't keep waiting for someone to take this off my hands. I can't buy my new mobo until I sell this one and after 100+ views and no offers, it looks like I may have a hard time selling it.

So, I'm going to go full speed ahead with this steroidal EPIA board and build myslef a mini-beast.

antimatter, thanks for the offer, but the problem is that i have a bunch of high bitrate divx files that i need to be able to play. i'm trying to get a hold of something closer to a mII10000.

the more i think about it though, the more i am realizing that an epia p4 is probably the best way to go, even if it is overkill...
