    I would think that selling invitations is a violation of GMail's terms of use, but I dont specifically find that it is prohibited

    Selling G-Mail invites is against the TOS of the G-Mail service.

    People if you dont like what hes selling then dont buy it. If its illegal why are they being sold on ebay?!
