This is the probably the cheapest you are ever going to find a OBD-II serial interface that can accept all protocols (except CAN): PWM, VPW, ISO-9141, ISO 14230

Honda's use the ISO interface so it will work fine. For futher confirmation- Scantool.net has a listing of confirmed vehicles that work with ISO here and the Honda civic 2000 is there. This means it definetly will work.Originally Posted by l4tran
