    FS: OBD-II BR-3 Interface $75

This is the probably the cheapest you are ever going to find a OBD-II serial interface that can accept all protocols (except CAN): PWM, VPW, ISO-9141, ISO 14230

It's a nice interface with good Windows software and I've barely used it- click here for more info. To see a picture or buy it go over to the Ebay auction.
I am shipping free in the U.S.

Nothing wrong with this interface, just raising money in my Paypal account for other projects

Honda's use the ISO interface so it will work fine. For futher confirmation- Scantool.net has a listing of confirmed vehicles that work with ISO here and the Honda civic 2000 is there. This means it definetly will work.

If you do end up getting it let me know your from the board before paying and I will give you a couple bucks off for good measure. Thanks!
