I have the serial AM/FM Radio man. It's the same radio as the DLINK USB only with an serial interface + AM. You should know all of these radios have poor reception compared to your stock head unit...granted it's not too good in the 4th gen 4runner to begin with.

PM me if you want mine. I'll let it go for $25 + shipping or local pickup. It works well with a USB->Serial adapter which you can pick up at any computer store or on-line.
