Not the exact dimensions but i'd guess it was about 12 inches long, 9 inches wide, and about 4 inches deep.

It's decent, I'd still always recommend a external USB soundcard to eliminate any ground noise through the headphone jack, definitely what you should do anyways. It worked but I like the best sound quality I can get so I went with a USB soundcard with a rca jack for better connectivity.
