Heh, everywhere I look the newest cheap stuff appears to be about this price, so yeah, I guess used ram should be a little cheaper. How about $50 shipped?

PC2100 goes for $70 new. The lowest I will go is 50%. So, yeah, "No" is a pretty good answer.

The baystack works great, I used to use it at all of my lan parties. It comes with the power cable, although it does use a standard 3 prong ATX power supply cable. But yes, everything works. And, $35 for the ram would be great.
