    FS: USB TV / FM Tuner, haupauge usbtv

    For sale is a used haupauge usb tv tuner with fm tuner built in. Model is WinTV USB Pro. Here is the support website for it,

    Yes it can record tv with a third party softwares. It might be able to record with hauppauges software but I am not sure. I havent used this in a while.

    No it does not come with a remote, it is just a usb tv/fm reciever itself.
