I have a P4 550 3.4ghz LGA770 CPU new in it's retail box with HSF. It has never been opened and includes the 3 year warranty from Intel.

I also have a brand new intel motherboard: D915PBL. The Motherboard includes DDR2, PCI-Express, SATA, and all of the other latest and greatest toys. Also completley NIB.

I would like to see $400 for the both of them.
