Hi so let me understand this

this screen will work as a touch screen imput device for my PC right? or am i getting my wires crossed?

If this is what i am looking for what kinda swap / trade are you looking for i have lots of computer stuff i am willing to exchange as i really want to stop using my keyborard and mouse on my carputer and a touchscreen is what i am looking for.
