Why not use Ninja Monkey's Destinator3 frontend? It works as a stand-alone client too, if you don't want to use it integrated in any of the frontends like Frodo or MediaCar.
Maps are available from Destinator1.com or some other places on the web.
Looking for GPS software that's touchscreen friendly. I'm currently using MS Streets and Trips 2005 but the menu's are way too small for touchscreen.
Please let me know what you have and any screenshots if availilble.
