WTB: Opus 150, P4 chip, shuttle board

Shuttle PC with or without processor, barebones or not, but needs to be a 120watt

    Opus 150 watt

Also looking for a 10.4" touchscreen with 800x600 resolution.

Edit: I know some chips don't fit in shuttle pcs, so let me know the model of the chip

Do you know the power requirements, or if I can use an opus to power it?
