I got two of them ... its a 31pin plug with wires 1:1 ratio..

no soldering required ... but you will have to check the ratio of the pins ... cause these are 1:1 so you might have to cut and rewire .. as per your requirement
Or if you have the pinouts for teh LCD and the controller i can do it for you.. and then you just have to connect it !
