Did I miss something in the stickys that said this was now EBAY? I remember reading to post a price. I'm getting bored with putting in "Post a Price" on almost every new post I read in here.

Whats wrong with asking to make an offer? Why should you let your junk go for too little when its someone elses treasure. Call me crazy but I'd rather hear someone say "I'll give ya $50" for something I thought was only worth $25.

(P.S. In my M1-ATX For Sale, I wrote "bidding starts" as a joke. The price is $75.

The thing that gets me is most people on this board are asking as much if not like $10 less than new for most of the stuff being sold. I've been screwed on this board twice but I'm going to still look for the possible deal. I'd love to put up a stick of ram I think is worth $5 and get $50 for it but on Ebay where people pay overly stupid prices for stuff. The cornholing I took on 2 items added up to almost $100 (thrown away pretty much) I saved a whole $15 on buying 2 pieces of junk. I personally don't like the 15 PM's back and forth to try to figure out how much someone wants for said item. Maybe I take it a little serious. Ah well.

I guess you're just bitter because you're a dumbass. I got a perfect Opus 90W for $75, and a stick of 256MB ultra-low profile PC2100 for $45.

Then again you're probably the kind of person who buys something and then realizes later the ad said it didn't work, or wasn't complete.

Dude, keep it calm, no need to toss names & such. TucsonPred has a point, the auction style, make me an offer ads have to stop. If people would read the rules prior to posting then all would be well.

I'm glad to see that you've done well on this board, I have too. However, that does not mean that others have not been burned on deals. So, calling TucsonPred a "dumbass" is definitely not the way to go.

I do suggest that this thread should be moved though...
